Meal kits · four-year always-on program · Influencer marketing, UGC, paid amplification
A four-year, always-on program that proved influencer marketing can be as predictable and accountable as any performance channel.
The challenge
Marley Spoon knew influencer marketing could work. What they needed was proof it could work predictably, at a cost per acquisition that stood up next to their other performance channels, month after month rather than in a single lucky burst.
The brief was not reach for its own sake. It was new customers, measured, at a return the finance team would sign off on.
The strategy
We built an always-on system rather than a campaign. Long-term marquee ambassadors gave the brand consistency and trust, while rotational macro and micro sprints kept the creative fresh and the audience widening.
Instagram Stories did the converting, with link-in-bio and promo-code calls to action turning attention into trackable orders. Each creator was matched to a lifestyle the product actually served, so the message landed as a recommendation, not an ad.
The results
Across 48 months of continuous optimisation, the program held a consistent 4.8x return on ad spend while building a large, reusable content library that fed the entire funnel.
The work
A sample of the creator content that drove the program. Real posts, matched to real audiences.
The takeaway
Influencer marketing can be as predictable and scalable as any performance channel, when you run it like one.
